Oltrans Ltd. is authorized by Consular Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Agreement No. 1032/2006 to implement translation services and legalization in all public institutions and embassies in Bulgaria. The price for legalization is formed by the price for translation, state certification fee in the respectful institution (state fee mark on the document) and courier services.
