Text type

We need correct definition of the text type in order to provide you with a precise quote:

  • standard text - literary texts, common documents;
  • text with terminology - text with more than 10% content of specialized terminology;
  • medical text - text with dominant content of medical terminology.
 

File formats you can upload
Images or scanned documents - .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf
Text documents - .txt, .rtf
MS documents - .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx
OOo documents - .odt, .ods, .odp
Archived documents - .zip, .rar

Images or scanned documents
Since images and scanned documents (for example - .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png) cannot be edited, they are returned as unformatted .doc documents and 20% additional fee is added.
Where possible, please upload original files which can be edited, in file formats such as .doc, .xls, .indd, etc.

Projects with other file format
If your project is in other file format, please archive the file and upload the archived file.

Projects with more than one file
If your project consists of more than one file, please archive the files in advance in one .zip or .rar file and upload the archived file.

Files with size over 8МВ
If your file is bigger than 8Mb or you want to receive more detailed information about your project, please contact us.
